Damage & Pre-Existing Condition Policy

Payment Policy
Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Accepted payment methods include cash, major credit cards, and approved electronic payments.
Commercial accounts may qualify for invoicing terms upon approval.

Cancellation fees may apply once a driver has been dispatched or is en route to the service location.
Roadside Assistance Liability Policy

Hooked 360 is not responsible for damage caused by defective vehicle parts, aftermarket modifications, or manufacturer-related failures encountered during roadside assistance services.
Weather & Unsafe Conditions Policy
Service may be delayed, modified, or refused in unsafe conditions including severe weather, flooding, unstable terrain, accident scenes, or situations deemed hazardous by our operators.
Winching & Recovery Policy
Recovery and winching services are billed based on complexity, labor, equipment used, and recovery conditions. Additional charges may apply for mud recovery, ditch extraction, overturned vehicles, or inaccessible terrain.

Refund Policy
